Leadership coaching.
Our one to one and small group coaching is for leaders of all levels, who want to further develop and hone their skills and capability. It’s a popular option following on from our practical leadership and management programme, and is especially effective for working on current, real-life situations.
Starting with three half day half-day sessions, with support in between, each coaching session is tailored to individual needs.
